Global warming is the rise in the temperature of the earth. Global warming is affecting the entire world. It affects the human and animals equally. Causes of the global warming can be divided into two categories i-e man made causes and natural causes.

Natural causes are those which are created by nature. Natural causes include release of methane gas from wetlands & arctic tundra. Another natural cause is that earth goes through the climatic changes. Man made causes are the main reason for global warming. Pollution is one of the main man made problem. Pollution comes in different forms. Increasing ration of population is also causing global warming. More people mean more requirements of transportation and other energy to facilitate life. And as the ratio of these facilities increase the pollution and green hose effect also increase on other side. Thus the net effect is global warming.

Due to global warming the water level in sea rises, which can increase the ratio of floods. This rise in water also covers the low land island. Causing damage to the plants in result create big problems for animals and Human being. Plants die when they get covered by the water. Animals loose their source of food when the plants die. Due to which the number of animals decrease. When the plants and animal number will decrease people will lose their source of food. Not only this due to flood they will loose their homes. They will migrate to other places. This all process can be called a break in the food chain. Global warming also affects aquatic life.

There are many other causes of global warming. The main reason of global warming is electrical pollution. Sometimes fossils fuels are burned to produce electricity. Due to this burning process many pollutant get into air. Which cause global warming. Also in this burning process those gases are releases which cause green house effect. Green house effect is basically the temperature rise because of the sun heat & light trapped in the earth’s atmosphere. Green house effect is caused by the green house gases. Green house effect is also one of the main causes of global warming.

Another main cause of the global warming is that the number of forest is decreasing with the passage of time. Trees absorb carbon dioxide from the environment. Carbon dioxide is one of the gases which cause green house effect.
