Glucose level within the cell of the body is not that high. But if this glucose level starts getting abnormally high, it results in a condition which is called Diabetes. Diabetes is of two types Type I and type II. These are opposite of each other. Type I of the diabetes is the condition when there is not enough insulin the body. While Type II is the condition in which the man body resist to the insulin. In type I diabetes the cells in the pancreas which make insulin for the body gets damaged. Body naturally starts destroying its own cell in pancreases to fulfill the body requirement. In Type II diabetes the receptors on the cells of the body which respond to the action of insulin fail to stimulate.

Symptoms of the Diabetes often go unnoticed due to its subtle nature. The most common symptoms of the diabetes is significant weight loss. People who have Type I diabetes in them this weight loss can be a sign of the serious diabetic problem. Weight loss in diabetes means that the body is breaking down the fats and muscle tissues to get energy. Another symptom of the diabetes is the constant thirst and frequent urination. These symptoms are usually not taken seriously. People think that these conditions may be due to weather change or some other factor. But this might also be the sign of diabetes. In this condition during diabetes body use to pull the extra water from the blood, which results in dehydration and frequent urination. Weakness and constant fatigue can also be the symptoms of the diabetes. This symptom is found mostly in elder person having diabetes. The most common symptom of the diabetes is the tingling or numbness of the hands, legs and feet. This tingling and numbness condition is called neuropathy. This condition occurs because of the attack of the glucose level of the blood on the nervous system. Blurred vision can also be on the symptoms of the diabetes. Person having diabetes often complain about the blurred vision. This vision problem is due to the changing level of glucose in the body.

DIABETES :

INTRODUCTION:
“DIABETES IS CHRONIC DISEASE
WHICH IS CAUSED DUE TO HIGH
GLUCOSE LEVEL IN BLOOD.IT IS
A KIND OF METABOLIC DEFECT WHICH ARISES DUE TO
INSUFFICIENT OR NO PRODUCTION
OF INSULIN OR DUE TO INABILITY
OF OUR BODY TO USE OR RESPOND TO ITS PRODUCTION”
BACKGROUND:

Diabetes (diabetes mellitus) is classed as a metabolism disorder. Metabolism refers to the way our bodies use digested food for energy and growth. Most of what we eat is broken down into glucose. Glucose is a form of sugar in the blood - it is the principal source of fuel for our bodies. When our food is digested the glucose makes its way into our bloodstream. Our cells use the glucose for energy and growth.
Glucose is one of the most important metabolities of blood.its level must be controlled.its the main respiratory substrate and must be supplied continuously to all cells for functions.lack in glucose level results in fainting.the normal glucose level in blood is 90mp per 100cm^3 but may vary from 70 to 150 mg per hundred cubes.rise of glucose in blood stimulates the production of insulin and its decrease will inhibit it. However, glucose cannot enter our cells without insulin being present - insulin makes it possible for our cells to take in the glucose.

NOW WHAT IS INSULIN??
Insulin is a harmone produced by pancreas.insulin actually help in digestion of glucose and its incorporation in blood.it maintains the sugar(glucose)level in blood.its ceased or insufficient production is the main cause of diabetes.

CAUSE OF DIABETES:
The most initial and most primary cause of diabetes,as mentioned above,is insufficient production of insulin.it may be due to the phase if pancreas stop producing insulin or the cells start resisting the working of insulin.in both ways glucose level rise and cause diabetes.

TYPES OF DIABETES:
Diabetes is of three main types depending upon its cause:
TYPE 1 DIABETES:
CAUSE: it occurs when our body stop producing insulin and insulin is injected externally.it is referred as insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, IDDM for short, and juvenile diabetes.

TYPE 2 DIABETES:
CAUSE:it occurs when our cells fail to use insulin properly and offer resistance in its functioning.it is referred as non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, NIDDM for short, and adult-onset diabetes.

GESTATIONAL DIABETES:
CAUSE:it occurs when a pragnent women suddenly get high level of glucose.

SYMPTOMS OF DIABETES:
Some of the signs and symptoms of type 1 and type 2 diabetes include:
• Increased thirst
• Frequent urination
• Extreme hunger
• Unexplained weight loss
• Presence of ketones in the urine (ketones are a byproduct of the breakdown of muscle and fat that happens when there's not enough insulin)
• Fatigue
• Blurred vision
• Slow-healing sores
