Some people are sensitive to substances in the environment like pollen dust etc.This sensitivity of a persons body is called Allergies. These substances are called allergen. Allergens can result in mild to violent reaction depending upon the sensitivity of the persons body. Allergen can be food, weather (hot or cold), pollen, dust, cosmetics etc.A person whose body is sensitive towards these things, can have the reaction within few minutes after coming in contact with them. Allergies can affect any part of the human body. But the parts which get more infected are eyes, nose, skin, ears, and intestines. The organs which get infected from allergens are called shock organs. Allergen reactions can very from person to person. They can be less harmful like runny nose & watering eyes or they can be severe like difficulty in breathing. Allergies can be inherited means it might be transmitted through parent’s genes to kids. But it does not happen. There are some cases in which parents have the severe allergies but its not transmitted to kids, or kids may be caught by severe allergies which parents do not have.

A person having allergies must have low internal resistance & some deficiency in diet. Research shows that the main reason of allergies is feeding baby with food other than mothers milk before they reach 12 months. Infant body lack enzymes before 12 months in order to digest food other than mother milk. Another important reason for allergies is a large intake of processed food.Processed food has chemicals whose reaction is so powerful that some people body cannot resist it.

There are different types of allergies.

Airborne Allergies
Some people have allergies from trees, plants and flowers pollen these types of allergies are called Airborne Allergies.

Dust mite Allergies
Allergies that is caused due to dust or bugs in carpets, Furniture, mattresses etc is called dust mite allergies.

Pet Allergies
Pet Allergies is a type of allergy which is caused from animal dander and old skin scales.

Mold Allergies
Allergies that are caused by fungus like mold, mildew etc that is inside or outside is called Mold Allergies.

Food Allergies
Allergies that are caused by eating something like Dry fruits, Fish etc is called Food Allergies.
