Ginger usually grows in fertile soil and it needs plenty of rain. It helps in stimulating the circulating system of the body. The use of ginger is very beneficial in chilblains. Those people who have impaired blood circulation in hands and feet’s for them ginger is very beneficial, because ginger increases the flow of the blood to the surface of the skin. It is also very helpful for controlling blood pressure. That’s why BP patients are advised to use ginger regularly in their diet. Fever can be control by the remedies made from ginger as it increases the perspiration of the body bringing body at normal temperature. Some herbal remedies made from ginger have warming and soothing effect, that’s why it is use for the treatment of cough and flu. Fresh ginger and dried ginger has its own usefulness. Ginger helps in reveling gripping in diarrhea. Ginger is also useful for the person having high cholesterol problem.
