Take the tomatoes and put them in boiling water for 30 seconds and then put them immediately afterwards in ice cold water. This will allow you to peel the skin easily. Remove the seeds and squeeze the tomatoes lightly to drain their excess water taken during the boiling.



Put the tomatoes in a large pot of water on medium fire. Add onions, garlic and pepper to this pot. Add vinegar for taste. Now allow the pot to simmer. After about 5 minutes of simmering, add some garlic paste in vinegar and then heat the mixture until the solution thickens and keep stirring in the meantime.



Allow the mixture to cool. Pour in some clean and dry bottles. Keep in a cool and dry place afterwards to prevent algae from developing.
