For those who like to keep track of the pennies then buying something that you can easily make yourself doesn't make much sense. Follow these very simple steps to make your own windshield wiper fluid. Just remember that in very cold temperatures, its best to use store-bought fluid, as homemade fluid can freeze.

Method 1:

What you will need:

  * Window Cleaner
* Water

Method II.

What you will need:

  * Rubbing Alcohol
* Water
* Liquid detergent

Mix 3 cups of rubbing alcohol with a gallon of water, then add a tablespoon of liquid detergent.

There you have it, two ways to make, cheap, homemade windshield cleaner!
Mix three cups of window cleaner with a gallon of water in a suitably sized bucket.
