What is inflation, deflation, hyperinflation and stagflation?
answered by dareen (36 points)Inflation is an economical term which means increase in the price of the commodity and decrease in the value of currency. There are two types of inflation
Demand pull inflation is basically the situation in which demand & supply of the commodity get imbalance in such a way that demand for good increases as compared to their supply in the market. When economy gets caught by the demand pull inflation it means that too much money is chasing limited supply of goods. Due to which currency get devalued.
Inflation that occurs due to increase in the cost is called cost push inflation. Or we can say in cost push inflation the prices of the commodities raises due to rise in the cost. and this rise in the cost may be due to the raise in price of the material used in production of commodity or this rise can be due to increase in wages of the labor or due to increases in the cost of company.
The opposite of inflation is deflation, hyperinflation, and stagflation.
Deflation is opposite of inflation. In inflation price level increases and in deflation price level falls.
Hyperinflation is the intense form of inflation in which price rises get out of control.
Stagflation is the situation in which economy grows at very slow rate but prices increases rapidly. In stagflation unemployment rate use to be very high.
Inflation eats the economy of the country just like termites. When economy got caught by inflation the living standard fall. People have to pay more and more for the commodities even for the things which are basic need of life. Inflation effect poor & rich equally. World history shows that every country economies suffered from inflation at one point. In inflation currency printing increase due to which money in hand increases but on the same side the supply of commodities remains same & income level also remain same. In inflation financial planning become impossible because of devaluation of the currency. We can say that in inflation too much money chases too few goods.
Inflation has another very big drawback & that is the money spending ratio of the people increases and keeps on increasing. The reason behind this is that they expect the cost to be higher by tomorrow or next day. This act of people effect the economy more this type of situation is called spiraling inflation because it get out of control with time.
What is the difference between herbivores, carnivores and omnivores?
answered by dareen (36 points)Herbivores are those animals which eat plants and fruits. The herbivores do not have proper stomach, In place of that they have an intestine which has a capability of breaking down the plants. Herbivore animals have flat teeth which they use to chew food. As herbivores animals do not have stomach so the eat several times a day to fulfill there body requirement. And that’s why they need a lot of energy to stay alive. Lots of plants are required for the survival of herbivore in ecosystem. Some examples of herbivores are cow, goat and deer etc.
Carnivores are meat eater animals. They have very large mouths with pointed teeth. These pointed teeth help them to hold their prey and chew their flesh. As compared to herbivores carnivore animals have large stomach but small intestines. Their stomach use to be so large that it can hold the entire fish at a time. Carnivores are found sometime eating plants and vegetables but their digestive system do not have the ability to digest it and drive nutrient from it. Carnivores eat generally both herbivores and omnivores. Animals like carnivores which eat other animals for their living are generally important for ecosystem. Because they control overpopulation of the other species.
Omnivores eats variety of food. Omnivore animals can eat both vegetables and plants. Beside the fact that omnivore animals can eat any kind of food still there are some plants and grains which they cannot digest. Teeth and digestive system of omnivore animals posses the quality of both herbivores and carnivores. Chicken is the example of the omnivore, they can eat seeds but they can also eat some other worms. Chimpanzee is omnivores they eat fruits leaves and also birds fish etc.
